MOCKTAIL PINA COLADA
Today we will see how to make the moctail of Pinacolada the ayurvedic way!
Water from 2 whole Tender Coconuts
Coconut Cream of 2 whole Coconuts
Rose water 2tbsp
Beetroot 25 gms
Rock Sugar 2 tbsp
Grind beetroot in a grinder or grate beetroot and squeeze its juice.
Blend Tender coconut water and it’s tender cream in a blender.
Now add Rose water,Rock sugar and Beetroot juice to a blender and blend once again.
Serve it in a glass or empty coconut shell.
Spinach 200 gms
Lemon 2 tsp
Rock sugar 2 tsp
Clean and wash spinach leaves
Cut apple into pieces
Grind Spinach, Apple, Lemon juice and rock salt in a grinder.
Serve it in a glass.
1 small Pineapple
Strawberry 8-9 pieces
Apple 1 small
Grapes 1 bowl
Rock sugar as per taste
Blend Pineapple, Strawberry, Apple, Grapes and rock sugar in a blender
Strain and Serve it in a glass garnish it with strawberry pieces.
